check vaccum pipe that goes to the pcv valve.normally collapses and splits

Were is the pcv valve plz im grtting fed up with the car now tring to fix it and iv not got a clue wit im doing and to get it looked at well thats a waste of time iv already taken it to ford and they saide senser so I got one off them and changed it and it woz not that

Iv cheaked the pcv and pipe had carlaps so I changed it but its still hunting and revs take ages to drop im getting fed up with it now can any one help me plz im really stuck and dnt no wot ealse to do and has any one got a cat I can borrow to see if its my sports decat making it do it
