Default Injector question.

Currently have mondeo 2.0l beige side feed injectors.

What injectors do people upgrade these to to when they turbo these engines? They have to be side fed to fit the fuel rail.

Thanks

Nissan SR20DET ones, like these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nissan-Sil...item5645a6ccad
But you would need higher flowing ones normally for a turbo

When we use them in the 16v RS2000's you have to swap the lower O ring with the one from the Ford injector, as the sizes are different.

Not had a problem with the impedance, though i'm running an Emerald ECU.

Also interested to know this as i'm using the std rs1800 injectors (same as 2Ltr) fueling 160bhp at the moment and about to run low boost turbo approx 200bhp.

Was told when i had it mapped last there is loads left out of the injectors although i'm not so sure!!!

Whats the flow out of the 200sx and scooby injectors as i belive the 2Ltr ford side fed ones are approx 170cc/min?

Bri.

You can buy a uprated ford side feed, called a f1, but these will not be as cheap as a set of second hand 1,s
