I love this website!

Keep checking how many classic cars are left and are surprised at some of the numbers!

I just found out i owned last year a VERY rare car, Citreon AX GT 500

I broke it for parts as it was completely rotten!

Knowing theres only 3 left on the road and 5 sorn, i wish i hadnt

wouldnt believe the numbers you read on there mate,they just dont add up

Well for example if put in escort rs turbo it must add up the series 1 and 2 together.

I wouldnt imagine they are that far off, but who knows for sure!

including sorn says 3600 left
assuming they mean s1 and s2
suppose that may be about right

Did Ford ever produce a Sapphire Cosworth thought they were all Sierra RS Cosworth on the logbook.

in 2009 there was 33 metro mg turbos in 2011 theres 38. have they been breeding them or something?

It seems to depend on what the cars are recorded as - there are sperate listings for Sierra RS Cosworths, and Sapphire Cosworths, Escort Cosworths, and Escort RS Cosworths etc

Yet it reckons that there are no 'Sierra 4x4s' left on the road, and only 1 SORN.

i thought 2wd saph's were registered as sierra cosworth then the 4x4's were registered as sierra sapphire. maybe paul from nyrs can comment as he's probably seen and broke more than anyone else out there
