Dougs car was lifting out of the rollers like crazy and sounded savage!
Something isn't right with his results imo
Mine didn't hardly lift and still made decent power
Doug - did you speak to the dyno operator about the results at all?

You can actually "guess" if you like to call it that, a cars power by looking at the air it uses and the fuel needed to maintain a set afr. And I'm guessing it's not 400 bhp lol.
When it was mapped it was pushing 83s almost as hard as wennys old engine, I don't see anyone doubting his power lol.

they may have had the straps looser on dougs car to enable it to climb up the rollers

Now Kodak is getting pretty rude and aggro about MSD here as it only made 416
Which doesnt add up

it was mad, maybe it was suffering alittle wheel spin?

This is the trouble with Rolling Roads, you imagine this wonderful figure in your/our heads and when it's Dyno'd and runs 60bhp or so light then you're totally deflated, i always say it's how the car performs on the road.
What would have been good was if Rod would have put his Saff on and then maybe people would have known if the Rollers were/are correct with his reading as Mark has numerous readinds of it in current Spec and then we could have compared...

just remember guys we should never take any rr results as gospel the only true measure is on an engine dyno. and as people state as long as its good on the road and set up safely then who cares what a dyno says

and if it doesnt make over 200bhp im going sue the person who has tuned it

i love this thread, i.ve never had mine on the rolling road, but what i picked up from peeps of here is that there not to accurate and they all differ. At the end of the day people are upset that there car didnt make what they thought but they still got amazing power. We should set up a weekend next summer and do a passion ford rolling road weekend, would be good. Just need to find a place who's results are accurate

I don't think my car would make 100hp between 6-8k?she was losing power after 5.5k,I did not ask the operator as there no point really it hit everything it was ment to with boost etc just did not make the power so that is that lol!I have never really felt its was a 500hp car as I have always said my sapp would give it a good run,although if I am being honest I was expecting the 480 mark lol ah well no where to hid might as well face the shame on here and in the magazine lol
