There is plenty of ignition in the map, so correction from air temp must have played a part if it's taken enough out to loose 100 bhp lol
Don't forget hr has a rolling start gear box that does almost 70 mph in first gear, it's very very hard to judge it's power from that point of view as it's such strange gear ratios

strange as our xtrac 4 speed rallycross box 4wd on a julian godfrey 700bhp yb would do 58 in 1st and the compared with rollers would only be 20bhp not 100 and ive never hear of gearing changing bhp

On track where the box was designed to be used it would do, I can assure you lol. That box makes the car very hard to drive fast, but when you get it right it absolutely flies!

I know for a fact dougs car will make good power seeing the boost and amount of fuel it is using to get the fuelling correct it can't be anything other than 500 bhp
if my memory is any good Dougs car was the test car for als & launch by M S D if so i have the same spec engine & the same map as Doug & mine made 500.1hp
@24psi so Dougs car is easily a 500hp car as long as the motor is still good

well the motor is perfect Andy and the dyno was on it there was 31 cars that ran and 28 of them where were they should be
Well this is a tame thread to what I thought it would be I thought I was going to get proper burnt lol I am going to buy every copy of the magazine and burn them all lol
