To all concerned with middx rs owners do at Power engineering.......
After a cracking day when we put 31 of your cars on the dyno enjoyed better weather than expected fed and watered you all, it all went terribly wrong. We put our hands up if you didnt have your hoses connected or secured correctly after your run it is our over sight. No excuses about short staffed over bank holday etc it is our fault.
Plugs will be sent out to moonstone steve and he will be welcome to a free rolling road tune please let us have your details. However will fully understand if you do not want to visit us again, we just want to put things right. Sorry if this has spoilt anyones day and can only hope that you can one day trust us with your cars again.

Anyone can see that both them t4 rr runs are done very badly!!moonstone steves and mechanic 28s have both come right up on the front rollers then slipped and fallen back into the rears causing a totally wrong reading and the op to come of the throttle..
On a t4 powered car like both of these the power comes later than say a t38 or t34 car but comes in alot harder and needs to be strapped totally different..
The bounce on the graph proves this infact moonstones bounce was alot worse but infact made the power line higher than mec 28s because the bunce was worse..
You can clearly see both these cars can make record a much better graph showing the true power..
the rpm compared to power on mechanic 28s would indeed be around the 490 hp mark on a proper well straped run..
Thers 2 reasons 4is was down on tourque and the main one being less peak boost and the second reason is because when hes car made the best torque fig it was on a bloody cold day and peaking shit loads of boost..
Both the steves cars run back to back on a dd rr properly strapped would prove moonstones to win hands down with mechanic 28s being as good if not better...

Could there be a reason for Doug and Steves T4 cars not to have made the power they should have though?
I know bot all about how a set of rollers works/reads as Ive never been into number chasing, but do you think Trev above has a point that something when those cars were ran affected the readings?
Or are they just both crap

Edit!! I get it! I thought you meant the front rollers!!!! Not the front of the rear.

You seem to know a lot about my runs at EP
I have both boost graphs from EP and PE and they are near enough identical on both peak boost and held boost.
You are correct that it was colder when the car was run at EP, 9c colder if you must know.
I can't see how its 80lb/ft less on PEs rollers

Mine is down on power as its not making as much boost, 5psi down to what i have on my EP graph, my car never come out the rollers when on the power although i did notice one and i think it was Doug's car which came right up onto the top of the front roller, which is correct fook nose.
