So i need an 'engineers report' to send off to the DVLA for my engine conversion, who can do it? engineering company? MOT tester? anybody who owns a garage?
cheers guys i'm just confusing my myself and don't really fancy paying £60 that i was quoted by a local engineering company

Something on headed paper stating the engine is safe and properly installed.
Any garage should be able to do that for you

Sound advice.Thats exactly what i did when i couldn't insure my mk1 because they didnt make a 1600.

 

Its this some thing new then, as in the past I've just made the changes on the log book, sent it off to the dvla, no reports needed.

 

i think it came in about a year ago but i'm not sure :/
