hi im new to passion ford i have a rs 2000 4x4 fitted with a 2.0 zebec turbo with about 250bhp & 280 ft lbs of torque and i having trouble with the clutch slipping. I have a 2.0 ltr flywheel cosy 6 paddle centre and a standard focus rs pressure plate. The clutch slips at around 5 psi vie only just fitted the clutch after being told thats the way to go i used to have a techni clutch fitted and this slipped at 17 psi. Does anyone have any ideas what to do

pull it out and put a helix paddle in it, it could of got contaminated or if its techni crutch,s then its a repainted 1.1 fiesta clutch and its utter junk, speak to fred at helix he will sort you out

i think the 6 paddle is a helix 1 and the focus rs cover has only done 30000 miles i would have thought that combo would have been good enough. but i will phone him and ask his advice thanks

yea he sorted me out when i was having the same problems, are yo sure the flywheel i ok, no oil or grease got on ny of the plates. i know its a pain but the only way is to get in there and have a look.
