Ive recently had my turbo rebuilt by AET and it's fine but when it's coming on boost it acts a bit strange. Spools up at 2000rpm or so fine but at 5000rpm it's like a Honda hitting v-tec as it suddenly pulls harder to the red line. It's all set back up as its meant to be so is it normal or does my actuator need adjusted? Or could it be a faulty Amal?

what is the spec of the turbo.
my TB04 with ceramic ball bearings spools up to a couple of psi around 2000rpm and slowly climbs till 4000rpm, then just pins me into the seat violently till red line at 7500rpm.

Mountune said it's a bespoke T25 and AET who just rebuilt it said it looked like a motorsport turbo when They redid it to a hybrid stage 1.
