All bolts require NEW to be fitted

HEAD

Stage 1 = 30 Nm
Stage 2 = +90 deg
Stage 3 = +60deg
Stage 4 = +15deg
Stage 5 = All M8's 35Nm (after the above completed first)

Mains

Stage 1 = 20Nm
Stage 2 = +70deg
Stage 3 = +15deg

Big ends

Stage 1 = 25Nm
Stage 2 = +50deg
Stage 3 = +50deg
Stage 4 = +25deg

Hope this helps !

Danny i can tell you that it will either snap the chain or the rings will go mate. Mine has 75k on it with full history Looked all over the net and everyone has had the same problems with the engines.

Tell her to sell it asap..... lol and if she hears a rattle when its cold get the chain done asap as they tend to snap not long after.
