Was out with my mate earlier (he has a rs500 cosworth) and we were coming home just about to turn off the ringroad when a motorbike (r6) pulls up next to him revving it up and generally acting like a nutter wanting to play.
My missus asked "Do you get that alot?" and my mate said "All the time"
Suprised me as everytime i have been out with him in it bikers always wanna play!, do any of you other cossie owners get it?
CheeRS Statey.

True true but u cant stick to the back of some bikes, obviouslly not the big power ones, 300bhp is more than enough for this, but obviously depends on the bike in front of u

I got a 4x4saph and a r1 there is a lot of people that under estimate the power of a bike truly awesome but I have to admit wen out on bike I do go looking for cossies for a tear up can't beat the sight of a saph on full boost with it's arse squAtting on the deck cossies get a lot of respect in the biking world to as there always clean and up for a bit of fun .but have to say not lost a race against one yet would love to meet one one on a ride out that destroys the r1 that would be unreal

It always seems unfair that the bike has to be standard
. Pit mine against a highly modded bike & he will simply drive away
.
Certainly a standard R1 is puffing hard above 175mph so a 700bhp Cossie will outgrunt it with ease, with less than 500bhp an R1 will eat a Cossie alive whatever young lads say in the pub .
The vid is against a works bike think its a Triumph perhaps the bikers will know, They were testing & he thought they would enter the straight at 100mph behind us & simply disappear at no point did he gain & big Power simply made it a no contest .
The rather excited young lads are my son & his mate who now owns a 500bhp Cossie & an R1
.

lol me with the silly voice i blame the cameras mic and yes it was a triumpth but to be honnest id still say you can hold an older 1000cc bike with 500bhp my r1 is an old one with only 130bhp and dosent carry bigger speeds on most roads up in the gears to be honest but new 1000s with 180+ bhp are a totaly different game!

well ive just thrashed the fook out of my t reg r1 and raced a new aston no idea what one.. hammered him off the roundabout then was cruising at 110 with the wind and rain battering me when him and his missus glided past me just a tad quicker than me but looked nice and comfy and dry... wish id have moved out of his way when he was tailgating me now rather than thrash it away and end up looking silly..
