i had the head of my tdi bora, refitted now it wont fire up?everything is connect i really need help fast

 

bleed the air out of the injectors

 

Have you had any part of the fuel system open? Fuel filter off, injectors out etc.

If so, try keying on and off 20 times, don't try and fire it up, just literally key on until you hear the pump prime and then off again. This normally helps to purge any air from the fuel system. Then try firing up.

 

make sure the flap on the inlet is open. its part of the egr i think but looks like a throttle flap. cuts air to the engine when you turn ket off.
