Default Current scrap alloy wheel prices

Has anyone scraped any wheels recently?? I will possibly have 4 16" alloys to scrap without tyres soon as was woundering the price for scrap.

Me and my bro weighed in abot 14 alloy wheels at a place (if anyone know's northampton,it's just dowm from Carlsberg).Feckers gave us £90 for the lot!We later learned that we were had.As for how much you'll get.I don't know,cos my ally way in nolledge aint grate.

It's usually around £5 a wheel where I live

Really that much, think I'm going to weigh my old lattice in rather than be buggered around selling them then if that's the value.

thats for 4 mind you..my mate was selling a set of 4 for that much as he said it was scrap value..hes always scrapping stuff so took his word for it

I just got £15 for 4 x XR2 alloys. I think it was 60p a kilo.
Seen it for 90p a kilo this week

got £1.15 per kilo up here last month, usually get £35-£50 for a set of 4.
thats at emr, usually best to avoid the smaller companys

weighed in 2 transit loads of alloy today and was £800 per ton if of any help, but ive always seen around £5 per wheel

I weighed in a 17" alloy wheel this week with no tyre and got £8.

So not much movement in a year price wise....
