inner tubes
Then I can't see how a tyre would fit on there in any case, tubed or not. Have you got a picture of the wheels? If you want to use a tube then you need to find tyres suitable for use with a tube, then you need to find the right tube to use with the wheels, so the valve hole etc is in the right place. I'm an aircraft wheel and tyre technician so know quite a bit about this sort of thing!
They r mk1 lotus Cortina rims two have been banded many years ago. The front pair I can use without tubes but have had a couple pop of with hard cornering bit scary I can tell ya. Its the rears I am having trouble with because of them being banded unsure if they would seal without leaking through the welds being how long ago they were done Tyre sizes r 185/60/13 front 205/60/13 rears I have always done my own tyres but had all 4 slashed couple of nights ago and I really can't b arsed to do them again so want to have them done at a Tyre fitters
One reason why they will not fit tubes is that they are round when naturally blown up , and your wheels and tyres will produce and oval cross section and this can cause the tube to be over stressed and burst , some places may well fit them if you sign a disclaimer , more likely a one man band who can make the decision rather than a national company that have to look at the big picture , I have fitted tubes with said disclaimer signed
