BBS Resto polishing question!
Hi all,
Im about to restore 7 bbs RC041 and 2 rc042 split rims they look like this (or will),
Question is, should i mirror polish the dishes, or should i finish in 800 grit and lacquer them? Just a bit worried about upkeep and how quickly the polished ali will tarnish.

and you shouldnt laquer them as it apprantly cracks around the bolts due to flexing

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
Polish them , it looks so nice when someone takes the time to do it proper , i did mine and it didn't take long and looks dame good
