I ran my old 2.0zvh turbo at 25psi around castle coombe flat out and did not blow up.
engines still going strong now
But to be safe i if you want it to last i would say around 15 to 18psi

dont know what chip its got,ashley exhaust,k&n filter,saab t3 turbo
running 18psi at the moment and its supposed to be several hundred
quid power engineering head aswell

yeh was thinking about just standard bottom end with whatever
boost that would be possible,surely it would be a bit more
responsive off boost aswell then or not

My old one held 15psi all day long, had done for about a year, that had standard 2ltr zetec bottom end, ported head (i think). No fifth injector. Nice and powerful (think it got 203bhp), just enough to drive on the road.

so not 25 then thought it abit much kev ya better come take me for a blast when the escoz comes getting tempted myself
anyway mate all can say is haveing built one myself THEN handed it to the tuners to fuel and boost ths is by far the best way you,ll be confident when you boot it instead of winceing and awaiting the bang and not knowing what the fooks caused it, a tip is to phone the tuner your gonna use and ask thier advice on a few things so then when it comes to going thier they kinna know you and your requirements, were as if you turn up with a diy blown mota they aint gonna really wanna take it on

wouldnt mind getting it rolling roaded but the only place near
me is pts and ive heard and seen a few things that hav put me off
them but would probably take it to scc performance to c what they
could do
