If an item is broken in postage and isn't insured because it was not worth much wot happens??

sell But it was perfect when I sent it and packed it well and now he claimin its screen broken! It a fuel computer and the screen is set in a bit so no chance of an impact and he say it cracked! Got a paypal thing sayin to resolve it???

 

tough luck on his part realy you sent it good condition it turned up damaged not alot he can do apart from leave you bad feedback thats why you should always put optional insurance on your ebay adverts that way they pay the extra and if this happens again it can be resolved through the post office as it was insured you find most peeps dont wanna pay the extra for insurance thus meaning if it happens again tough shit cus they didnt pay for it but to behonest how it stands you can either take the bad feedback or tell him to send it back and refund him choice is yours

 

cheers I think I try and set him straight cause it aint my fault it broken! I takin advice about insurance and put the option down for the future!! Never had a problem with this in the past

If by Royal Mail Parcels then it is already insured upto a certain amount....

 

just went to post office and got stamps to slap on it! I wrote to the inspector bloke from pay pal sayin how there was nothin else I could have done to prevent this and how it was packaged and will just see what he replies.

If it bad news then I will change banks been wanting to change any way although it will only be £11.50 which they try to take which the postage cost is friggin included so aint exactly much for all this fuss.
