tough luck on his part realy you sent it good condition it turned up damaged not alot he can do apart from leave you bad feedback thats why you should always put optional insurance on your ebay adverts that way they pay the extra and if this happens again it can be resolved through the post office as it was insured you find most peeps dont wanna pay the extra for insurance thus meaning if it happens again tough shit cus they didnt pay for it but to behonest how it stands you can either take the bad feedback or tell him to send it back and refund him choice is yours
