Are you going to buy throttle bodys for the car or just get it mapped to run the 2.0 black top ? be a waste to spend all that money on a standalone ecu & map it to a stanrad engine set up ! prob be less hastle just to get a black top ecu & engine loom & get a auto lec to wire that up then its plug n play

This thread could grow wings after that hence why i never mentioned them ! they are capable but car would be antiquated by the time it was done ! they would most likley talk him into ava spec stuff that takes 90 years to build & the list will go on

I did notice a few people have stopped using them now, but time scales seems to be the only reason? They always seemed to do very well with Euan's Saff...

I'm in tha same boat, got a 3 door needing a good set up but I've heard horror stories about sitech and Ava , I'm big enough not to listen to roumers but think I'm goin to go for a drive down to msd for one of there live map/ seimens injector packages I've seen on there web site, unless someone on here has actual good feed back from any good Scottish tuners? Anyone used performance hq? The guy who does the mapping there is rus from Wallace performance , hes got a reputation for being very good, also dentist map in Dundee, is he still on the go?

Russ is a very clever guy, but Fords arent really his thing, I would go to MSD with a ford personally rather than take it to Russ, Im sure he will admit himself he doesnt have their experience of these cars.
