anyone removed one i cant get the fukker off!

are the pressed into the hub carrier?

According to TIS, it looks to be a press fit. They show what looks like a large G clamp and tube being used to remove it.

no wonder it was a complete bastard guess i best take the hub of the got a press so not all bad
