Default Saph window switch blubs

the illumination behind the switches doesnt work, i had a quick look today and im guessing you have to take the actual switch unit apart? Does anyone know what bulbs i need? Also the fog light and heated window icon illumination.

As above don't have them, I've often thought of adding some soft amber leds to them, can be just wired on permanently, won't kill the battery as very low drain from led's.

that explains why they dont work then!

any thoughts on the fogs and heated window icon bulbs? they must have them as one of the 4 works.

First off do the actual outputs work, if not then there is a good chance there no power to start with, they should illuminate amber when on and I should think you would have to dismantle the switch to replace the bulb/LED.

yep the switches work perfectly, as do the lights in the middle of the button.
its just the backlight behind the icon which shows which switch is which that doesnt work.

Oh that one, I should think the same applies, you would have to remove the switch, but don't think it's replaceable and if it was they are going to be very small bulbs if not LEDS.

As jon says led's, can replace with a colour of your choice, about 10 pence each!!
Get 12v versions, as space can be limited for adding a resistor.
