Need to buy a snap off steering wheel in the North West...

I'm just too nervous, what with parking my Cosworth in Liverpool town centre, sure it's got a Cat 1 and a Disklok, but my sleep is going to becoming affected.

I need to buy a Snap-off wheel and fitting kit as required. Tomorrow I can buy it, but where to buy from in the North West???
