Default cossie 4x4 gearbox and diff oil

Just wondering what oil I should use in my front diff and gearbox? And how much oil will they take? And does the transfer box get filled separate to the box or do the use the same oil?

I put fully synthetic 75w90 in my gearbox, transfer box and both diffs last service. And it's never felt so good to drive. You'll need about 4 litres
