hello im wanting some help as i am a complete novice and having bought a mk1 fiesta to bring back to life with a few problems... could some one tell me which part of the sill this is that needs replacing im thinkin its the full sill but need to clarify it and also the outter sill is that called a skin sill... dont want to be ordering the wrong parts :/ the interior sill that will just be the plastic cover wont it..? thanks jonathan

by the looks of it you need inner and outer sills

thanks bud its just abit confusing to me... looking on the website to order the parts it has skin, full and interior sills baffles me to which they are and i dont want to order the wrong parts :s

Just order the inner and outter sills, ive got a mk1 fiesta aswell. The front half of both inner sills has disolved, and i also need to rebuild the bottom part of the a-pillar from scratch.
then theres the front floorpans...
then theres both front wings...
then bits on inner wings...
then repair boot floor...
then both rear arches...
then few holes on front panel...
and thats just whats visible < real tears

The skin is just the outer sill 'skin' lol that fits from the bottom of the outer sill to the top outer edge of the sill. The full sill fits from the bottom of the outer sill, but includes the full sill 'step' up to where the door rubber is. Interior or 'inner' sill is the part on the inside that has the wavy lines on it you can see. Maybe this will help - http://www.mig-welding.co.uk/sills.htm Good luck

the skin is as it says just a skin. you will need to order a inner sill and a full sill or you will have the step part missing.
