Put the grippiest tyres on the rear IMO, or if you put them on the front the back will let go a lot before the front will, which when pushing hard in a fwd car you don't really want!

I always put the ones with most tread/best ones on the front.
My reason is this, everyone knows how their car is handling wise and grip wise, what you don't know is when you are going to need to do that emergency stop in the pouring rain, which you will do a lot better with better/more tread.

michelin recommend new tyres should be fitted two the rear for the reason there will be more grip then u will be used to if fitted to the front personaly i would wana fit to thefront where u need the grip the most with the state of our roads. plus your part worns will last a little longer on the rear
