There is some evidence to suggest that 76C produces better results, on some engines, but for a road car waste of time, a pure track car is a different matter.
If you run at 74C on the road the oil in your car is likely to suffer with getting hot enough to burn off contaminants.

looking to put one in my erst whick is a weekend car and track,
so thought it might help keep temps down as it gets driven hard often.
