still having trouble from the insurance company of the tossers that wrote off the 3dr 2 months ago.
ie i still havnt been paid out, cos they are saying that they wernt driving!....

what a bunch of cunts. surely its the vehicle thats insured? and if he claims he wasnt driving then who was?? allowing someone to drive uninsured etc etc etc
did you report the assault to the cops?? description off the statement etc.
Sadly i doubt youll get anywhere purely because the police wont care.

Sorry fella but if for some reason the pnc gets flagged an explanation and detailed report of why and where the request was needed will cause allsorts of problems .

As said no ones going to help you, you can't just go and query the database as and when you feel like it, when the Police make queries they have to put the reason as to why they are doing so along with other details, this is of course logged with the date and time, so is easily tracable.
Be better leaving it to your insurance company imo as thats there job!

IMHO situations like this are a total cunt.
The person that hit Fudges car and drove off, is now denying even being in an accident, so their insurance is not paying out. utter cunts.
So if you have an accident thats your fault, Just drive off and deny all knowledge,
and Nothing will happen to you.. I've had this happen to two different mates on two seperate occasions now. .

although i wouldn't advise you doing it, just find someone else to report them for having an accident with them and then driving off 
if you weant their details there is no "legal" way to do it unless you take out a private proscution dan, although i'm sure you woulnd't win that either

If a plod did help without good reason, their job loss would be the least of their problems, can get jail time for this.
What info do you want, there are many other ways, that are untraceable, I used to root through peoples bins etc when doing repos to get info, you'd be astounded what you can find out, people seriously need to get a grip of what they throw away and don't destroy.

I am sure people would be happy to help if they could fella, I know I was in a similar situation with the Mrs car a few months back and got fuck all.

yup, they are very keen to pull people over, but when someone has actually done something wrong, they do fukk all.. either because they cant, or wont.
seems you just have to deny knowing anything about being in an accident, if you can drive off, and you can just get away with it.
Happened to another mate who uses this site too, truck driver side swiped his van. drove off and denied all knowledge, police knew there was at least one witness, And possibly even cctv showing it. and yet still did FUKK ALL about it..

so i was just trying to see if anyone could tell the a: the address that the van was registered to on the 20/12/10 to see if it was the same address, and b: if possible that so called sale date.

To request that someone use their ability to misuse the pnc database is a crime in itself and can end up with a criminal record for attempting to pervert the course of justice.
As much as I'm certain everybody on pf would all like to help get some sort of retribution and the whole situation must be totally soul destroying, going outside the law when the law are allready involved could jeopardise any kind of payout from either sides insurance company
