Default Focus TDI and TDCI Differences.

Are there any differences in the block/ head?

I have a car with a blown TDCI engine and I have a spare TDI engine.

Can I just bolt the TDCI pump, injectors ect to it?

Dont know, but bear in mind the compression ratio is very fussy and different injectors will affect this

tdci is common rail diesel system and has a different pump and electronically controlled injectors the other has a mechanical pump that directs fuel to the injector that requires it at the time
