ok my mum took my car to the shop this morning and put diesel in it, she went in and payed then back out to the car.
she went to start it but it wouldnt fire up alto it turns over
i cannot find the fuel cut off switch it is not in the kick pannels on either side
so can someone tell me where else it could be?
ive checked the fuel pump fuse and its fine

The car is a 1999-2000 focus tddi

I don't think the diesels have a cut off switch. Have you confirmed that is isn't getting fuel?

im not certin that it is not getting fuel but i cant realy think of anything else it could be tbh

To be honest your stabbing in the dark really and there really isn't a lot of point trying to get an internet diagnosis for it. Best get someone to have a look at it!

Was it low on diesel before she filled up?

Is it still on the forecourt or have you moved it?

May be the immobiliser playing up, lock it with the remote, stay away for at least half an hour, then try opening and starting it.
