Phil's gone X directory.
He had to do so, because he was getting sooo many phone
calls from Pro Tuners asking for his advice and reccomendations
for building proper big power engines

He's trying to hide from the government, they are worried that is DIY engine build using cheap parts and only his own knowledge is going to so rock the cossie tuning world when people stop buying parts that it will have a catastrophic effect on the economy.
Although the 4 figure sum he is no doubt paying for autronic plus marks time is probably going to prop it up a bit in the mean time
