Default leak down test

looking to get a leak down test done on my engine.
its a erst s2.
do all garages do this or do i have to go somewhere special?

i did a compression test and had about 130psi in each iirc.
is that normal?

bit concerned i may have bore damage as when i got the car the oil stunk of petrol and im worried it had borewashed and damaged the cylinder walls.

replaced fuel meterin unit and changed oil etc and it doesnt seem to smell of petrol anymore so hopin it was down to overfuellin or leaky injector cos i had to change one of them.

is leak down test the best road to go,or should i just take the head off and have a look?

car is smokin a bit when you rev it but i have play in turbo in and out and side to sideso could be that.
im replacing turbo next week to se if that stops the smoke, but got a feelin its rings.

what you guys think the best thing to do is?

cheers
steve

i'd get it setup. get it on some rollers and they'll be able to tell you alot more than just guesswork. it could save you alot of money too rather than replacing parts "just incase"

Personally would just do as said, bung it on the rollers, leak down test is ok but won't show up problems other than sealing, and I imagine few garages will have leak down testers.
