Default whats the correct way to set.....

whats the correct way to set a 4x4 tps?
i measyre votage at the ecy connector between pin 17 and earth, 0.6volts at o% and 4.6volts at fullt throttle! am i right in doing this?

for some reason im douting myself

4X4 needs to be set to 3% of throttle on the pectal moniter....

3% is the lowest you'd get it stable....in my experience...only on 4x4 TPS though.

0.2 - 0.25volts at idle is the important part Gareth.

0.6 is well documented but has been found to be out of tolerance with some ecu's and the 0.2 figure suits all.

Can you not set it the same way you do the 24v lump, disconnect ISCV and set for a certain number of revs at idle (it's 775-825 on the EEC-IV 24v V6)
Much easier than mucking about with multimeter and wrecking your multiplugs
