Has anyone ever seen this done diy? im thinking of building a meth injection system from a washer bottle, motor and washer pipe, but not sure what to use to spray the methanol into the intercooler/boost pipe/inlet manifold?

Would there be any gains from this at running 28 psi on a t2 on a xud engine?

I'd be careful how you choose to pump methanol about. I'm no expert, but methanol sounds explosive (especially when warmed up next to an engine) any small sparks could ignite it. I'd guess washer pumps aren't designed with spark limitation in mind so check that out first.
Also think of how you would control it, could be potentially catastrophic if the pump sticks on!

well the tank would be in the boot pal and would have a 1 way valve

Would just be a washer pump with a switch
