It's running on it's own engine oil, I would not start it as if it proper gets a hold it will blow the engine to bits !

Sounds like the turbo mate dont start it incase it runs on its engine oil it will turn itself inside out with no way of stopping the engine unless you cover the air intake. seen it happen in here what a fright you get

There is a oil seperator / breather on the rocker cover best change that as well we have seen small back street garages change the turbo's because the above fault as well & its not sorted the problem its been that breather blocked. But without seeing the car its hard to say whats the mileage ? mine has done 83k & im just waiting on the turbo goin

Turbo's at a dealer like here are about Ł1200 + vat mate just for the part you can get them out there for nearly half that ! try euro car parts or such likes ! its not a dealer only job either any decent garage will be able to do it & they might have their own supplier of turbos as well its worth shopping around. With a bmw turbo you get a 2 year warranty other suppliers normally a 1 year. Keep me posted on how you get on.

if its stuck open mate yes no6 injector works of the crank sensor on them as well if i remember rightly & if it fails it dosent start at all. Your car holds 7.5 litres of oil.

Fill it back up with cheap oil mate remove the engine cover take all the spill pipes off try to start the car ! as i said above they all should trickle out the holes but if a injector is duff it will spout out. injectors are a hard thing to diagnose on them esp if its that fucked trying to do a smoothe running test etc will be hard.
