Default IAW monitor owners HELP

Does anyone local to sussex have IAW monitor? i have one of the usb cables for it but my laptop has stopped recognising it so it doesnt work, want to try it on someone elses to rule out a dodgy cable.

I would try to plug the lead into another computer to see if it gets recognised.
(ABort the installation if it does so you dont have to install any software).
That way, you can see if the lead or your laptop is dead.

If the lead is faulty... Time to contact the supplier...

Ive tried it in my home PC and work PC and it says not recognised in either

I have Emailed MSD just waiting on reply.
