Plumbed from turbo elbow pipe to inlet,?
what is needed and where from or is it make it up as you go. I have a pic somewhere of one set up I will try and find it

 

 

That's a gen Rs500 set up, and you have sort of answered your own question. I am running one on my Escos, but have had to have my hoses specially made as there is zero space to do so.

 

I wondered if it was standard set up for RS500.. What valve are you using. this one will be going on GT30 with hard pipe from turbo to filter and swedish inlet?
what are benifits? and do you still get any noise of chatter or blow off. he does not want noise.

 

Roose can make hoses to suit that setup - i have them on my car. 15mm copper pipe can be used in place of the gen RS500 metal pipe - just paint it black.

 

I'm using a very similar valve to the standard cossie one, but made more chunky in alloy. I got it off Ebay for Ł35, advertised as a VW part, but it makes no odds really as a valve is a valve. I am running it as my Escort is small turbo, so the air HAS to be recirculated to avoid fuelling issues. Noise wise, you can hear a small whoosh/ very slight "chatter", but far far less than an open to atmosphere valve. It is the best compromise if you want the protection of a D/V without the horrid noise.

im running a dump valve but still get the chatter aswel as the woosh sound but i want a recirc valve i was looking at the ggr one i had on my old escos as that still chattered like mad

Have you got any pics of your set up?

 

im interested in this also,im fed up listening to a dump valve and although chatter sounds great you soon tire of it and it cant be good for the turbo.

 

is a re circ ok to use with GT30 turbo?
does pushing warm air that would usually go to atmosphere, in to the turbo inlet pipe do any damage??
