ford mondeo 2003 tdci

Hello there anyone please help! l am stranded, trying to remove alternator from my mondeo ...Done all 3 nuts but still stuck.....?

l have taken them 2 off from the bottom and 1 on the top but its still tight... l am thinking off how to get the belt off the alternator?

You have to release the tension on the tensionner.

You need to remove the belt.

Put a spanner on the centre nut on the tensioner pulley and turn it to release the tension, remove belt then alternator will come off...
