plumbers help needed

my mums got a baxi 105e and when she turns the rads off and runs the hot tap the radiators start and get warm any ideas cheers

I'd go for stuck/fucked change-over valve in the boiler.

Divertor valve control assy is either sticking or the DHW heat exchanger is scaled or blocked!!
