anyone with cap or glasses book - need a price!

After a sensible valuation on a car as i think insurance company are taking the piss on there payout offer!

2004 / 04 VW polo 1.4tdi 75ps 3 door sport with 76k miles

looking for trade and forcourt prices if possible

Cap Clean £2850
Cap Average £2600
Cap Below Average £2350
Retail £4275

But to be honest I hardly ever go by the books, the best guide is Autotrader as thats actually what people are paying.
