Absolute JUNK

A friend of mine is one of the few people in the Seattle area that will even touch the mechanicals (Bosch K-Jet....YUK)

They are basically a collection of parts from the 'Big 3' with a stainless body.

I guess the line between 'visionary' and 'complete idiot' depends on which side you stand. I think JZD was a complete idiot. Lost it all to cocaine.

Was a real shame they were launched just as america (target audience for it) had a massive sudden recession in the car market.

One was made gold plated. It's in a museum somewhere. It's also a little known fact that a lot of them caught fire.

I think theres a fella from the UK Fiesta Network who's got one, he turned up at Basildon FLP one day in it - putting the flames out was a bit of a bugger tho!

And one passed me yesterday in Dartford, i nearly stacked it into the car in front from where i was stareing soooo much.

A collegue of mine used to work for Rover and they employed one of the MD's from Delorean when it folded. The guy claimed that the tooling used to build he car bodies were sold to a fisherman which he used to teather bouys in the Irish sea. Possibly still there now.
