Santacruz Heckler

Hope Hubs/BB/Brakes, SRAM Rocket Shifters and XT Rapidrise Mechs

Fox Vanilla R Forks and Rear Shock

Pretty light for a 5inch front and rear bike, great for trail riding, light freeriding etc. Best bike I've had

Been riding mainly by Church Stretton and Cannock Chase and Llandegla this year

He rides for http://www.inspiredbicycles.com

His bike is a prototype model though but any of the Inspired range would be a close match

Hit a hidden ditch on mine yesterday. Went arse over tit as the front wheel sunk in a load of mud up to the hub and ended up elbow deep in shit! Good laugh though.

I do mainly XC/rough terrain and tarmac. My bike is no good for proper steep down hill work as I can't get the ballance far enough rewards to stay stable on the steep hills.

It's like a trials bike or down hill.

Got a Kona Chute with Marzocchi's, Shimano XT groupset with hydraulic 4 pots front and rear. Also got an aged Kona Cindercone with road bike set up including Armadillo tyres - only thing that ever went through those was a metal spike !

I currently have 5 bikes in my stable

my orange 224 evo downhill bike

my specialized allez sport road bike

my charge blender dirtjunp/twat about play bike

my specialized pitch all mountain/ cross country bike

and finally my orange zero 2000 retro trials bike in mint condition it just needs the el gato putting on the back again and the cranks changing back to the middleburns

not really finished wioth the blender yet need to get a thomson seat post for it as i have a saddle. I've been using the one out of the road bike in it for now only been out on it once which was yesterday as i only built it up on thursday night

then i would like to try either an avalanche or elka insert for the evo's forks

and swap the pitchs frame and forks for an orange 5/blood with a set of 36's on it

then it'd be pretty much perfect in my opinion as a collection of bikes go
