k'archer is the one to buy. They do from basic d.i.y through to ind steam cleaners.
Start from around £70 upwards.Had one for years and its still going strong.

Don't get a Karcher! Modern Karcher's are shit! I had a very old Karcher for years and it was great, but the new ones are poor. Get yourself a Nilfisk. That's what I use now and it's the dogs bollocks! You only need the C120.5 unless you're using it all day every day as well, so sensible money

Tried out lots of washers of all makes and sizes and karchers right up there.
Got a K5 just now and its plenty power for Foam gun/washing etc.

As above ^^ Nilfisk are brilliant quality and are cheap for what they are . I paid just under £60 deliverd for my c110 its perfect for valeting/detailing also you can add to it for things like patio cleaning . Build quality is ovbious as soon as you see one and they use metal pumps instead of crappy plastic type. They have a big reputation on my DW forum
