What is the difference between a -31 actuator and a -34 actuator?

 

that spring is stronger in a -34, I think the lowest you can set it is about 13psi but I may be wrong, -34 is usually used for higher boost engines, I changed my -31 for a -34. Worth giving cr turbo's a bell as thats what I did to make my decision

 

-31 has a stronger spring than the std one fitted to a T3, -34 is stronger still.

Cheers, I suspected that was the case... if i was after 18-20 psi i'm better off with a -34 rather than preloading a -31 heavily then.

 

......not really....i run 30 psi on a ut t38 using a -31 and would use a -31 on a t3-t4.....depends on what u want the car to feel like and ur tuners choice..........
