Default Didn't know the iPhone did this

When scrolling up and down pages scrolling your finger across the top corners pulls the whole page up and down rather than having to flick through like you are counting money in a bank

try it and see if it works, top right hand corner swiping diagonally across the corner o my phone takes the page from the bottom to the top and on the left side swiping up on the corner takes th pave to the bottom

what do I win

you can also close any apps you have running by hitting the button twice and they all pop up, then hold your finger on an app and then delete it as normal

Yeah. Apple are rubbish at making things fantastically intuitive.

Seems a bit retarded that you have to close them twice to actually close them....

No, Richard... It keeps them open in the background because if you were doing something, you wouldn't want to lose it. If I was halfway through replying to you and I chose to read my new text, I'd have to start from scratch. Think about it. It's no different to a computer, really. You're just nit picking you arse hole.

Yes I understand the concept darling, however I am saying that the nokia uses the same concept, but just does it so much better. And the Nokia has been doing it for years, until apple came along with this whizz bang new idea, which once again, the iTwats lapped up

Because the nokia doesn't require masses of apps to make the phone better, they got it right first time without needing to bolt on a load of extra apps!

Late for work again this morning?

I bet the Iphone looks a lot cleaner, hence why it doesn't have all sorts of buttons I suspect. Cook your own tea tonight, darling.

Does alright with the 5mp camera and Carl Zeiss lens! Shame an iphone has to do with a bit of flat plastic for a lens

In fact, you can disregard HD, cos my nokia is about 3 years old, and in standard form it STILL does more than an iphone does.

I've got a video, good job I have a WIDE ANGLE LENS, your mother's arse is huge!

Might be a good idea, no chance of you holding a call with any of your mates on your iphone. Even if you've got a signal in the first place

Dojj,
Press the "Time" on any screen and it scrolls straight to the top.
Press space twice quickly to insert a full stop and space to start a new sentence.

As for the silly "App" comments, what difference does it being an "App" make?

That means the phone is constantly under new development to keep it interesting.

A great example of cool Apps...
About an hour ago I remembered somethings on tv tonight that I want to watch but I am out having BDay drinks, so whilst sat at the side of the road waiting for James to adjust the boost on a Mitsi we are mapping, I found it and pressed record on my free Sky+ App.

iphone cock envy , I bought an iphone simply because it is the best touch screen phone out there by a country mile, the web browser is perfect, and just so simple to use. I'm by no means an apple fanboy, but I tried pretty much every phone out there before I got my 3GS, and none of them came close. I waited for a year until the N97 came out, and it was an utter peice of turd!

thats one i didnt know, and i had almost every app open and running aswell

no wonder tha battery was getting worse, and the apps running slower.

pages open quicker again now, and it makes perfect sense as to why, but i just thought closing it mean it was clsoed.

It FULLY multitasks so you can swop applications with a button press and go and do something else and it just leaves it there ready to go back to. All open apps can be accessed by a double press of the main button, allowing you to scroll back to them. I sometimes leave emails open for days until I get a suitable piece of info then paste it in and send.

Need to send someone a screenshot?
Press the top and menu button together and it will be saved into your camera roll.
