My sister had it done and one of them got infected, 6 months later and although she can see a lot better from that eye there is still a scar under the outer layer. She got a bit of compo but it put me off having them done. On the other hand a few chaps at work have had it done and all are perfect.

Mate, i was a blind cunt, as in -11 diaopters .... I had it done last year, November infact, and it is totally and utterly life changing. I am still an ugly git, but not an ugly spekky git , it is the best thing EVER!!!

I can head a football, ride my motorbike without having the bloody glasses bouncing around my face, see when I go swimming, and generally just get on with life......

GET IT DONE!!! If you want a chat about it, PM me your number and I will give you a ring.

always been tempted to do this but also i don't think i would have sight if i did not have my glass with various things flying at my eyes lol

would be lots less hassle have them sorted though especially when wearing a crash helmet its the one time i actually hate having to wear glasses

Had mine done a few years ago. As stated above life changing. If you want to know about how it is done. Go on Youtube plenty of videos showing what happens. Takes around 20 minutes to do both eyes
