Hi all,
i'm stuck and haven't a clue on what car to go for. Can't nothing silly (ie saphs etc lol)
Been thinking of the following:
330d e90 m sport
525d e60 m sport
audi a4 - 55reg tdi
wild card : rs4 old shape obviously.
I've had diesels most of the time and wouldnt mind a petrol, would like it to look half decent.
What would you go for?
have any of you had any experience with the above?
many thanks
dave

mpg not really an issue here, I have a diesel run around. My s2 for every now and then (possibly to be replaced with a escos) just need something else.

I'd get the Bmw.
a mate had the RS4, so so small in the back seats. No leg room. Harsh ride as well I thought.
went like STINK though!
He is on here, Polly_x he now has 5 series diesel and loves it

Wow that alfa is sweet, what are they like these days ? full of faults? I know they dont hold up to well price wise.
Porkie - the 5series is a strong contender at the moment, just a matter of finding a decent one. no dodgy interiors

I have one of these - awesome cars, quick, loads of boot space, loads of extras, looks the nuts and sounds even better!! Economy isnt too bad, worst i've had is 16mpg average, normally around the 22 / 23 mark.

My money would go with the RS4. I've been out in one (think it's a 2.7t ?) a few times and been suitably impressed on each occasion.
The newer S4 with the V8 does sound sweet, Never been out in one though.

RS4's have more issues than Cossies. Just have a look on their section on www.rs246.com or www.audisrs.com You need deep pockets to run one but when they do run they are fast as said.
