Tricky that. Fitting the later dash and stuff would make it nicer, feels a bit more modern, but I think the grey with cloth would really suit the look you're going for.

It's a hard one, I'd never change dash so have to stay grey, I like it too !

But the leather is mint ! Best I have seen in a saff lately actually, and I'm having fitted seat covers on two front seats just hard to decide !

personally id leave it as is and spend money elsewhere, but i do like a nice dark cloth interior. the dark cloth i had on my old 24v was lovely, think it was off a late car

ive always thought 2wd with cloth, 4x4 with leather. saff 2wd with cloth, matains its connection to the three door, 4x4 saff with leather, points towards the Escos, even though you could have any saff and Escos, with cloth or leather.

Grey dash with leather look terrible imo, need the black dash, door cards, and carpets if you have leather imo.

I swapped my mint leather with my best mate for his dark cloth seats as i prefer them. The leathers the best to look at, but i hate how much you slide about in it and how hot it is in the summer.

jimbo ,if you can get a mint cloth interior it looks way better mate ,the interior in g88 is like brand new and looks absolutley mint,still kinda smells new aswell lol

I've made a decision

Cloth all the way mate, I think it will suit the car much better with the 2WD stuff outside, and the leather will look funny with the grey dash, so I'd flog it and get a minty mint set of early cloth to go in

The problem is finding a properly mint set

With the leather in mine it does have very nice leather door cards too ! Just dash and carpet different, I think I will keep am eye put for mint cloth and see what happens !

mint ones do tend to pop up now and again jimbo,and are usually not too dear, why not try to swap with someone on the basis it has to be minty mint

how annoying that for years i had a mint saph trim that i wanted incase i got another cossie,,,,,, then gave up and gave it away to a mate who done me a favour who tbh wasnt even bothered about it but i didnt wanna chuck it away

You either need a black dash to match the leather or cloth to match your light dash.

I'd say it'd be quite hard to find a 2WD black dash though?
