Unhappy any MR2 turbo experts in da house??

bit of a strange one for you here!!

when pulling away with a slight bit of lock the back end seems to knock / skip just like it has a welded diff which i know it hasn't.

it has the correct 75w90 GL4 oil in the box.

straight line it's great and goes like a steam train with no transmission noises what so ever.
it only happens at low speeds. if you dip the clutch when going round a corner it lurches like you've taken a huge the load off the box.

anyone else had this prob?? it's a 94 with LSD?? i suspect the plates in the diff and will need a box but can't be bothered with it any more!!!

Default

it does NOT have the correct oil in it

had exactly the same problem after i had my box reconned and it was filled up with the oil the book said.

turned out book was wrong, was only for non-LSD boxes. had some friction modifier added and was MINT after that.

have a word with 3S Service Center or Pacific works. been to both those places and they both kew their stuff
