Not enough difference to go for the slightly slower 525 imo.
If you're getting an E60 [cracking value now!] don't consider the 525, the 520 [the higher output engine] is better on fuel, cheaper on road tax and doesn't feel any slower on the road. But again, go for the 530 if you want speed!
