Default Weighing an engine in

Come the weekend ill have a knackered 1.2 clio engine laying in my lock up. I also have a knackered CVH turbo block. Is it worth trying to weigh these in or are these too ligh to really bother with?

Yup, do it.

I weighed 0.38 of a tonne in and got 60 quid. Its better than a kick in the b@lls

nah they are onto the whole filling with water trick and can charge you for doing so
fill it with old oil instead lol!
i always keep my scrap engines till i have a full car to weigh in then put them in it

scrap values are pretty good atm bright copper Ł4.5k per ton,took a load last week,paid for a few bits n pieces

Fill the cylinders full sand so it makes them more heavier lol.
